Keidas is a spacious lakeside villa in Pertunmaa, South Savo, designed for large gatherings where comfort and privacy matter. The house spreads across roughly 420–427 m² and accommodates up to 20 guests, making it well suited for family reunions, multi-family holidays, corporate retreats or small weddings. The setting combines open lake access with well-kept grounds and the option to close the private access road by gate.

Interior space is arranged across three floors with six hotel-standard bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet and a private patio or balcony. The generous living area centers on a lounge with a fireplace and a large dining zone served by a fully equipped kitchen that seats 20. Practical comforts include floor heating, air conditioning and laundry facilities; linen and final cleaning are included in the booking.

Well-being is a clear focus: the property has a traditional wood-heated sauna whose warm scent and crackle of firewood pair naturally with the adjacent Jacuzzi for relaxed moments. A terrace and a grill spot extend the living space outdoors, and a boat is provided for exploring the nearby lake. Fast fiber internet and an on-site generator keep connections and power reliable throughout a stay, and electric car charging is available.

Keidas sits roughly 50 km from Mikkeli, with the nearest neighbour about 200 metres away, offering a balance of seclusion and access to regional services. Pets and smoking are not permitted. For practical reasons the villa is not rented to groups composed solely of people under 30.

This villa aims to provide a calm, well-equipped base for extended stays or events by the lake, where guests can combine social gatherings with moments of quiet relaxation.
