The cottage spans an impressive 100 square meters across two levels, capable of accommodating up to nine guests. Inside, you will discover three well-appointed double bedrooms, a cozy alcove designed for one, and additional sleeping arrangements in the open loft area. The expansive living room boasts high ceilings and large windows, inviting the beauty of nature indoors and providing direct access to the spacious outdoor terrace – an ideal spot for relaxation or outdoor dining. The modern and fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a delight, complete with dinnerware for nine.

For your convenience, LUX 7A comes with two bathrooms, ensuring ample space for all guests. One includes a well-appointed sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, accompanied by a shower, sink, and toilet. A secondary restroom features a sink and a washing machine for added comfort. The cottage is pleasantly equipped with underfloor heating, a fireplace for cozy evenings, and a drying cabinet to keep your ski gear ready for action. Outside, a charcoal grill awaits your culinary endeavors, while the terrace offers a welcoming space to enjoy nature’s tranquility.

In summer, guests can explore nearby trails on rented electric scooters or bicycles, while in winter, the complimentary Ski Bus provides seamless transport to the slopes.
